The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive

Identifying Electrical or Electronic Equipment

EEE can be identified by the following symbol:

It is a legal requirement that all newly made EEE must be marked with this symbol, either on the product or on the packaging.  It is designed to encourage and remind consumers to separate WEEE from normal household waste and then dispose of it appropriately rather than simply throwing it in the rubbish bin.

Retailer Requirements
Retailers are required to provide consumers with the opportunity to return their WEEE products.  In compliance with this Directive, we offer free take-back under the following Terms and

There are two options for take back and battery recycling
 
1. You can either bring the waste Electric Elements to our premises at 21 Forge Way, Coventry, CV6 during normal business hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday); or
 
2. As we supply stationery orders to businesses across the whole country we appreciate that returning electric Elements to Coventry may not be the most environmentally friendly option!  So you may prefer to recycle your waste Electric Element at a local recycling centre.
