Terms and Conditions
- 1. Delivery of Goods
1.1 Delivery dates listed are approximate only. We accept no responsibility for late delivery of goods. We accept no liability for plumber’s fees incurred as a result of late delivery of goods.
1.2 Occasionally deliveries to very remote areas may incur an extra charge. You will be notified of this charge prior to completing your order and given the option to proceed or cancel.
1.3 If your expected delivery date is expected to exceed 14 days, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel if they wish.
1.4 Cut of time for next day delivery is 3 pm (excluding weekend and bank holidays)
- 2. Cancellations
2.1 You may cancel your order at anytime, up to a maximum of 14 days after the date of delivery. To cancel your order please email or write to us, details can be found on the contact page.
2.2 You are not obliged to give a reason for cancelling, but all answers help us to improve our future services.
2.3 Goods are returned at the customer’s own expense, in original packaging and in the original working condition.
2.4 Failure to return goods will result in a fee payable by the customer for collection of goods.
2.5 Further fees may be payable by the customer if the goods are damaged before collection or return, which will be taken from the refund value for it’s deteriorated state.
- 3. Faulty Goods
3.1 In the event you receive faulty goods, please contact us so your problem can be dealt with according to your legal rights.
3.2 If, after inspection it is determined the item is faulty, the customer will receive a full refund as well as delivery costs incurred by the customer when returning the faulty item.
3.3 If, after inspection it is determined the fault is a user end fault, no refund will be issued.
- 4. Returns & Refunds Policy
4.1 Refunds are usually issued within 14 days of refund being processed.
4.2 Funds will be deposited back to the original source at purchase.
4.3 Email conformation will be sent where a refund is applicable.
4.4 Goods must be in original condition and packaging upon delivery.
- 5. Our Right to Amend Terms and Conditions
5.1 We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions from time to time. All customers will be notified.
5.2 It is assumed that all customers agree to these amendments unless expressed otherwise by email or in writing within 7 days of us notifying you of amendments. Contact details can be found on the contacts page.
- 6. Our Guarantee
6.1 We will replace defect items where responsibility lie with us and strive to provide a suitable replacement if the exact model is unavailable, if the customer accepts.
6.2 We will ensure every effort is made to avoid late delivery and damage to goods in transit.
6.3 Our guarantee does not cover end user faults or damages during installation, care should be taken when installing to avoid making our guarantee void.
6.4 We are not liable for covering any costs from your electrician or plumber to swap the products.
